Another way is by hiding under the bed and confusing the guard as to where you've gone. He'll come in and then you can knock him out :)

you can also throw the food back to him all three times, and then he'll chat with snake a bit about his family and the cold war, then he gives you the sleeping cigarrete guns, which you can shoot at him through the bars, then you can use the code again.

When u fight The Fear, he uses a crossbow to harm you, you can actually leave the bolts in instead of removing them from your body, you can seal the wound and all but if you leave the bolt in the wound, then it stays on him visually

Killing guard doesn't make time paradox because this is Akiba senior. There is a cut scene that Johnny senior says that all of the boys in his family are called Johnny. His son to.

if you throw back 3 rations (or 4) out of your cell a cutscene will be played where jonny gives snake his stun-cigs back because he thinks they're normal cigs. then stun jonny and use the code
