Vision Express should be avoided by anyone considering their services.They sold me glasses for 250 pounds informing me that they were made using 'incorrect screws', but promised that if there was a problem they would take responsibility. 2 Days later the glasses broke. Vision Express then denied they ever said anything about the screws, even suggested I was a liar and refused a refund, stating the best they could offer was a repair for 125 pounds.
Please think twice.
