@SpicySteveSorko you know you'll find lot of diffrrence in taste between real Indian food and Malaysian food. if you are eating biryani, the curries which they given are totally wrong
@sakmoinuddin004 Hi there, I am not sure what you mean as this video is about South Indian Banana Leaf Thali. The food is actually Indian not Malay. Yes, there will be variations in the Indian food served in Malaysia based on regional origin, local ingredients and variations created in Malayisa by Malaysian Indian cooks. When you comment in the curries, you cannot have a wrong curry. Curries are based again on locale, local ingredients, ethnic & religious origins.
@sakmoinuddin004 Malaysia has a huge Indian & Chinese population from many different regional groups. You will find North Indian and South Indian Biryanis as well as Malay biryanis and yes they can all be somewhat different, however, if made with quality ingredients and love they are all tasty. The same goes with curries, except you will even find Chinese and Perranakan curries among the Malay and Indian ones; all different but tasty. On either side of Malaysia; Thai & Indonesian curries!
@sakmoinuddin004 I think strong spices are displeasing for a not indian person, but it will not make you so sick that you have to go to hospital, The thing arround the food are actually which takes you to hospital, for example, water, salad washed with contaminated water, banana leaf carrying microbes and all other uncooked food.
Folks, I'm drooling watching it here from Chinatown, San Francisco!
