i think if you lowered your stirrups a bit you would kinda sit better in the saddle and sit back more

just sit tall, and press down in ur stirrups,

i used to do that. try to not ride in r but, sway back and forth with the horse at the canter. =) worked for me.

really nice! Try keeping your hands out of your erm...crotch, for lack of a better word. You look like you're using the reins for support, and you shouldn't do that. Very nice work, though! The feel for the canter will come with more time. Try relaxing your back. My trainer always would say "don't let any daylight between you and the saddle!" Haha.

yeah like the other person said just relax in your back a little and try shortening your reins a little too and holding them just above the ponys wither instead of above the saddle,itll help have a bit more control over the pony.but your going so well,its great.you should try and get a half lease on a pony near helensburgh and com to helensburgh pony club next year,its great fun=]

You want to lean back a little and relax if you want to stop bumping^^ It's get a while to get into the rythm but you'll get it in the end=)

My confident comes mostly from the feeling..I mean when you feel yourself into how a wild horse run on the field and the power and freedom it must feel..you just wanna do the same and feel it with him/her!
