Yeah, she reveals it in the scene where she and Sean meet for the Saturday tutorial. He asks, "you went out with that Paul Denton guy, didn't you?" and she says something like, "Yeah. Before."

Yeah, it was even more pointed out in the book with the scene between them. Though this film made the Paul Denton character gay, the character was bisexual in the book (the stealing of the book that was in the movie was actually what Paul did in the book itself when he had taken a girl back to her place and she passed out before sex. As a result of him leaving, the girl later told other girls that Paul couldn't get it up instead of telling them that she passed out).

@guitar19904 She passed out. It's stated twice in Paul's section that she was on the verge of doing so. Both of them were drunk, and she began smoking a joint. She tells him, "I really like you," before she does so, which Paul repeats back to her. He ends up finishing the joint, considered on ravishing her after lifting her arm and looking at her breasts. I have the Vintage Comptemporaries Edition of the book, with the picture of the bed in the corner of a room, page 20 and 21.
