Anyone can kettle toss, weight lift, do crunches, run around a track, bicycle, etc.. The question you have to ask yourself is what training can you do that gives you a competitive advantage over your opponents. Two good examples are here on YouTube. Search "A J Bear", the world cup skier and also "US ski team"(ferk that girl is awesome). When you are at the top you need to go the extra mile beyond what the herd is doing.
This is pretty good. Some things I could use to keep it fresh. cheers bud!
