@Shemassault - Holy shit. The man himself! Kaoss pad great fun, but all it can really do is re-sample (as im sure you noticed).. I'll have to throw together a proper remix using Massive one day, If I can ever figure out how you get such nasty bass.
@DriftTheory9 actually, basslines for fear of living and only human were made in reason:) Lately i've been hearing complaints that everyone is using Massive because its sound is so distinct. In fact when you resample a single note of bass and throw it around different DAWs & VSTs once it comes back to your DAW of choice (Reason in my case) you can't tell where it's from really. Hahah, like a long lost child that wanders the world and comes back with a beard and a beer gut
@Shemassault It blows my mind to think you got those sounds from Reason. Ive heard so much material that came from that program and your work is on a totally different level. Maybe its time I change up. Ive always been an FL user and it fails on so many levels when it comes to bass. Mad RespeKt SHEM!
@DriftTheory9 I suggest you use any software you want, FL and its VSTs can generate some really powerful sounds. Reason has really good workflow, perfect sequencing window, which is something that's lacking in FL imo. On the other hand FL has VSTs and great tools like EQ2, stereo enhancers, spectrometeres etc, which is essential if you want to put your sounds right in the mix. Taking what's best from different areas is the way to go:)
im sorry but 26 mad me almost die from laughing i was not expecting that
