This first cell shown in this prison is one of the CLEANEST I have ever seen. Having been held in a cell in the A wing of this prison for unpaid fines I can tell you it is FAR filthier than that. The cell I was in had dried blood all over the wall, the mattress I was given was blood soaked and the blankets I was given smelled of vomit and urine.
