If you think about it, that baby saved Lilli's life. If it hadn't have started crying, Claudia wouldn't have released her hold on Lilli, which ultimately gave her the opportunity to stab the mirror. Maybe he was on her side? :D He was his father's son, after all. :O

A fairy-tale for adults. It's just simply perfect. I have enough of swooning maidens, prince-charming cutouts and queens who are evil because they are evil. It would have been awesome if somebody had made a series out of Grimm's fairy tales in this mature, dark romantic manner , well because the originals were rather gruesome themselves. Unfortunately we have to live with million versions made for teens and children. Well, I'm still grateful for this Jewel-like movie.:)

It seemed like a ruse to win appeal from her husband/ to sweeten up Lily so she won't be bratty or something. I do think she loved Lily's father (as well as the status he had/the love he showered her with) but she never cared for Lily (did you SEE that glare/stare down she gave Lily when Lily caught them making out?! o.o")
