  • Thank you so much for posting this lovely film. I don't know why people criticize the music. It's true that i',s not for all tastes. You have to enjoy old musicals but I think it's very well made.

  • if i'm dying i hope there's not a guy jelling in my ear, that would be annoing

  • Music arruins EVERYTHING.

  • My heart is in pain, I'm in total turmoil T_T wuwuwuwu~

    Damn you, sssssnake! Sobs!

  • bob fose best ever!!

  • Little Prince's words calm you, and actually tries for you to believe that there is nothing sad about death. So inspiring!

  • it's beautiful!!! The little prince I love you!! =)

  • D':

    WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH

  • =,(

  • I cry so much in this part...... Not just watery eyes, I mean Bawling!!! love this movie

  • более, чем достойный уход из этого мира.......

  • I'd never seen this film before, I watched the Fox scene and this scene and it makes me feel so sad, especially to think how the Fox would feel if he knew he was gone. D': I must see this whole film, it's so beautiful.

  • @FF7Destiny He looks as if he's dead, but it isn't true. :) He's not gone, just his body is! :D

  • @MaRiAtheHeDg3hOg - Oh I see, hehe, thank you that is good to know! At least he's still around! ^-^

  • The flower can die for all I care.

  • little prince is a lot like Socrates...

  • 1:06 he's all like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO (slow motion)

  • it was from that snake that Michael jackson got those move ideas! this movie was 1974.

  • @LadyScorpio39 Is that a fact? I can see Michael Jackson liking this movie, as it embraces that same idea that children are innocent and have a certain wisdom that's lost on adults. I love the film, but I'm not sure I buy the premise. Some kids might be like that, but when I was growing up, most kids were assholes. The premise behind South Park is, if crude and a far cry from sublime, closer to the truth, I think.

  • Gosh, this always make me cry...

So many memories :) from my childhood...

  • Bob Fosse Was First. He Did Not dance like Michael Jackson. Jackson danced like Him.

    ROBERT LOUIS "BOB" FOSSE

  • eu gostei muito desse filme aqui no Brasil!

  • When I read the book I don't (English translation) I couldn't find it specifying the snake really did bite the Little Prince. His body vanishes and he gets teleported home

  • The book made me cry... this made me laugh

  • the boy is so cute!!

  • every book is better then a movie because then you can use the most powerfull thing you have...your own imaginations

  • i love "The Little Prince."

  • you're right

  • i think the book is better... MUCH better

  • Estoy en chat compartiendo esta película con un amigo. Nuestra amistad se ha tornado muy especial por eso quise compartir con el esta película que nunca había visto a pesar de ser "El Principito" un libro que atesoré desde mi infancia.

  • wow...

  • thx for sharing us the best vids.

i love both of movie and book

    thx ^^

  • The song is one of Lerner and Lowe's very best. Simple, melodious, and a deeply felt sincerity. This song and I Never Met A Rose. Both sung by Kiley, and he sings them so well; both songs get a special place in my heart. Though I love Donna McKechnie as the Rose. The score so beautiful, and yes, Snake in The Grass has it's own beauty and certainly originality. These songs fill me with a profound joy. Thank you for posting them.

  • Lerner and Lowe

    Stanley Donen

    Bob Fosse

    Donna

Steven and all the others of the greatest ever. Oh yes, and St. Exupery.

No word to describe such other-worldliness.

  • wow...

  • lol, I'm sorry, it's sad the little guy dies, but that snake isen't poision in real life

  • @BlackChinca he doesn't die really, he just leaves his body

  • sob.... ;(

  • I wish I could say also that I grew up on this story and movie.. but I only found out about it a few days ago. I love it all the same tho, and I'll be sure so share it with my son as he gets older.

  • fabulous movie. pretty much grew up on it, and it gets better as i grow older, since i understand all the symbolism and the issues it discusses.

i'm using the book to teach myself french :)

    but a tragic ending. ;(

  • I love this book. Thank you so much for uploading the movie. The end always makes me cry. The fox is my favorite character, besides the guy on the planet who lights the lantern.

  • me too the fox is my favorite character...Antoine de St Exupery is a genius because he understands humans so much when the fox said that what is essential is invisible to the eyes...and it is only with the heart that one can see clearly

  • that's why.. i hate snakes!!! >:(

  • So sad.. ;(

  • Curse you Snake that dances like Micheal Jackson!
