@TheTheofrei always a nice plan but I had a similar one. Your residents will think they can walk all over you if you slack off in the beginning, and them comes the drugs, drinking, roommate conflicts etc. I found its easier to just be real with the students not all fake n perfect. Also, I always let my students know if they're doing wrong, smoking weed for example, but I give em warnings the first time or two. So they know I give a damn but I'm not an unreasonable b***h. :P
