Will is the father. JJ met him in ep 2x18 "Jones". During ep 3x17 "In Heat" we find out they`ve been dating for a year. In ep 3x20 "Lo-Fi" JJ tells the team that she is pregnant. and finally in ep 4x07 "Memoriam" she had a baby. Though we never saw the wedding))

It's so weird how that date was NEVER mentioned again on the show, after that episode!!!..In an interview, AJ Cook said that the writers probably got a little scared to get two of the core characters romanitcally involved in the first season...and I would LOVE it if they got together, but now JJ's got a baby and Will (are they married? She said they were gonna get married didn't she?)...I'll always love these two together, no matter what kind of relationship they have.:) AWESOME VID!
