Which would technically make him at least somewhat REGARDED as a historical figure (much moreso than King Arthur at any rate) even though no one can actually demonstrate he existed.
@codbug Saying Jesus is an historical figure is no more valid than saying Xenu was an historical figure. Jesus only matters to christians, and Xenu only matters to bat-shit insane scientologists. An 'historical' figure would be something that is known to everyone, and though King Arthur never /really/ existed, his story is still historical.
