haarp is altering the weather because it rains here at night then a week later it rained again the smell of the rain was unpleasant it rains out of no wear on sunny days

they always spray massive chemtrails 2-3 days before storms, 2 days ago they were spraying in between the fronts during the storm

I have taken so many pictures of these HAARP circles and cones, they are continuously blasting Cleveland & Pittsburgh...yesterday's storms up the east coast, there were cones coming from 2 different directions... October's snowstorm by New York was caused by HAARP but nobody sees it!!!!!

check outdutch sinse he looks at those rings all the time, he calls them Harrp rings and usualy really bad weather follows

its raining in Austin,Tx.. Nothing on intellicast supported Dutch's haarp theory...being that we had no rings or anything wierd prior to today's odd signature. This weather we are getting was forecasted 4 days ago by all local news stations.

Idk what it means either and I'd sure like to know because i'm in Dallas and I've been taking pictures of the sky FULL of chemtrails here... =/

Looks like the two returns are related. They don't appear to be an anomaly created by an error in the data, but more like pieces of a strong return.
