This footage is from the BBC documentary "Cracked Actor". This is from the Philly Dogs Tour, not Isolar (Thin White Duke) tour. In that tour he had the black pants / vest and white shirt.

If I'm not mistaken, this is from the Station to Station Tour 1976. I have photos from that show and David wore the baby blue pants with suspenders...the return of the thin white duke.
