She lived in Austin for a while and used to play at Flipnotics. Now she has gone to Nashville and hit the bigtime. I think Megan Melara's style is very similar--check her out at Strange Brew some time on a Sunday or Thursday when she plays. Either one could very well be the next Lucinda.
Heard this song when she was touring with Joel Plaskett. I'm so glad I did, because I'm sure I wouldn't have found her wonderful music otherwise. :)
