you forgot one thing, the fm transmitter works but it sounds like shit because it is like listening to the radio itself!!!!! The sound quality is terrible and you have to keep it pretty close to the radio. But i guess for rednecks it's ok.

Dude, seriously cool. But don't mind your batteries, your Belkin TuneCast II normally sports a 12V adapter. And you could power your Pacemaker over such an adapter as well. Endless potential ;)

J, do you know there are some kinda cassettes out there which got a minijack cable attatched to it? Just plug it into the Pacemaker, put it in the cassette deck, press play, and you will have a much better sound quality. My father uses it for his MP3 player, and it sounds great.
