This movie is kind of his worst. He tried to make a great hero out of Duryodhan ONLY because he played that role. Lest we forget, Duryoudhan was a despicable character!
I think he overacted in this movie. Music/support cast also ws at best weak. If this movie is to be compared with Krishnavataram, Pandava Vanavasam / Krishna Paandaveyam or Nartanasala, or Bheeshma this has no chance.
The only reason this was a hit was beacuse its competetion - Kurukshetram was even worse!!

So the Being shined perfectly with all Divinity. AtmaSoundaryam to Bahyasoundaryam pradeeptinchinappude adi sadhyam. That is why he is Divine, Legend, different actor than others. He is a Dhruvatara in films. Dhruvatara okkate not many. He is a true Yogi.
Honestly, Arjuna was never really compared to be anywhere near the best archers like Karna or Bhishma. It was just with Shri Krishna's grace that he had succeeded so long. Why else would you think the Kauravas took them to be such weak foes.
Honestly, When Karna saved his life by running away from chitrasena in Ghosha yatra, arjuna saved duryodhana. karna was defeated by arjuna in draupadi swayamvaram, uttara gograhanam, and finally in kurukshetram.Arjuna was never defeated convincingly by karna in the entire epic.BTW karna was also defeated convincingly by bheema . when karna was lying dead after getting hit by bheema's spear ,salya who saved karna's life.
