Any way a friendly note, cos it took me some time before i figured this out:

The nos only work aslong as you have less cap then your opponent... you cant nos another player down below you nos lvl. it might aswell have been him running out of cap from repairs.

well you can actulay. if you have the skills and the mods you can completly take all the cap. it happend to me before didnt like it.

i ran into a well trained guy who in a matter of mabe a second or less completley took all my cap. he could have use nutralizers too on top of that
