And I'd stay away from that yogurt, lots of carbs and lots of sugar.

Maybe even more depending how often you work out. You are only crippling your body by not having enough calories.

So your meal sizes can still be relatively decent sized as long as your eating healthy such as chicken breast with a salad and some yogurt. Eating just a yogurt for your meal can actually be unhealthy cause thats barely ANYTHING.
Deffinitely good advice if trying to lose weight and gain a little muscle. If your trying to pack on the muscle, your gonna want 5-6 meals a day, and to get your body weight in protein each day.

@Fubarxwow Dude, I am not swifty but I can give you an easy tip. Like swifty said, eat 5 small to medium meals a day. But my tip is to not really exercise at a gym that much, just put some music on, and go for a walk maybe 3 times in a week after school. Trust me, I was overweight, and that's what I did :D
I weigh 57 kilograms and I eat 3000 calories a day, but that's what I get for being a vegan. I like getting a huge bowl of brown rice and legumes or devouring a few hundred grams of nuts(which are over 60% fat). I might give exercise a try, but I'm going to continue to consume large amounts of food.
Fat free doesn't exactly mean that it has no fat, it means that it has less then 1g, so even though it may say 0 it still may have SOME fat but yes, fat free is always better then normal

When you do lifting/muscle workouts your tearing your muscles apart, is why you really hungry afterwards your muscles needs a energy source to heal, that is why you well up, your muscles are damaged, try drinking a protein shake after a lift routine, give your muscles something good to heal off of, you'll bulk up in no time.
Swifty, I am not one to comment on your personal life, or anything else for that matter, but you can't skip your cardio if you want to loose weight..
Cardio is the way you loose fat, lifting weight builds up the muscles, but you won't see any results unless you remove the fat that is covering your muscles.
And you cannot starve yourself! You need to eat 5-6 well balanced meals every day, and those meals must concist of vegetables and lean meats like chicken.

The small amount of proteins in what he's eating will be enough to cover basic muscle repair :). 20 inch guns aren't what you want when using precision gaming tools! Although you could argue that his arms ARE precision gaming tools....
Swifty.. to make your workouts easier on your forearms... and More on targeting your muscles.. like your shoulders/back ... BUY WRIST STRAPS. More energy towards the muscle you are using.. instead of wasting energy on grip. :)
He's only doing like 90lb(180lbs total). I'd say he can go about another 150lbs-180lbs before he'd need wraps. Until you're benching 405+, dead lifting 405+ for reps I'd say lay off the straps and wraps and take the exercise as it is. If you can't hold the weight, you shouldn't be lifting it ^.^. Plus he'd burn more total calories.
With proper dedication 405lbs isn't as far as you think. 3-4 gym sessions a week is plenty. People just have to get over that "hump" and push through then gains are slow. And not get too comfortable where they're at and continue to improve. As for the "naturally" comment, not every strong individual is on roids -.-. Media maybe? The elite are probably juicing, but that's the pinnacle of human strength. In the end it's about dedication, research and consistency :D
I live on Maui, a smaller island. I know a good number of people that can do it naturally. Just an honest question though, do you like work at a gym or a fitness club like Curves/24Hr Fitness? Because low weight high reps will be harder to achieve 405.
@Dirtylickins2 i know ALOT more about training than you do. the matter of the fact is few people have the genetic capability to bench press 405, not to mention bench press is a shitty left and is awful for your shoulders, and should only be done if you compete in powerlifting.

@Fubarxwow Dude, I am not swifty but I can give you an easy tip. Like swifty said, eat 5 small to medium meals a day. But my tip is to not really exercise at a gym that much, just put some music on, and go for a walk maybe 3 times in a week after school. Trust me, I was overweight, and that's what I did :D

I weigh 57 kilograms and I eat 3000 calories a day, but that's what I get for being a vegan. I like getting a huge bowl of brown rice and legumes or devouring a few hundred grams of nuts(which are over 60% fat). I might give exercise a try, but I'm going to continue to consume large amounts of food.

Fat free doesn't exactly mean that it has no fat, it means that it has less then 1g, so even though it may say 0 it still may have SOME fat but yes, fat free is always better then normal

When you do lifting/muscle workouts your tearing your muscles apart, is why you really hungry afterwards your muscles needs a energy source to heal, that is why you well up, your muscles are damaged, try drinking a protein shake after a lift routine, give your muscles something good to heal off of, you'll bulk up in no time.

Swifty, I am not one to comment on your personal life, or anything else for that matter, but you can't skip your cardio if you want to loose weight..
Cardio is the way you loose fat, lifting weight builds up the muscles, but you won't see any results unless you remove the fat that is covering your muscles.
And you cannot starve yourself! You need to eat 5-6 well balanced meals every day, and those meals must concist of vegetables and lean meats like chicken.

Hey Swifty, your videos really encourage me to loose weight and become more active! I was wondering if you could break down your entire diet so I can follow it. I really really really want to become more healthy and fit. And in your older videos watching you do those handstands from a sitting position really makes me want to be able to do that. The small amount of proteins in what he's eating will be enough to cover basic muscle repair :). 20 inch guns aren't what you want when using precision gaming tools! Although you could argue that his arms ARE precision gaming tools....

He's only doing like 90lb(180lbs total). I'd say he can go about another 150lbs-180lbs before he'd need wraps. Until you're benching 405+, dead lifting 405+ for reps I'd say lay off the straps and wraps and take the exercise as it is. If you can't hold the weight, you shouldn't be lifting it ^.^. Plus he'd burn more total calories.

With proper dedication 405lbs isn't as far as you think. 3-4 gym sessions a week is plenty. People just have to get over that "hump" and push through then gains are slow. And not get too comfortable where they're at and continue to improve. As for the "naturally" comment, not every strong individual is on roids -.-. Media maybe? The elite are probably juicing, but that's the pinnacle of human strength. In the end it's about dedication, research and consistency :D

I live on Maui, a smaller island. I know a good number of people that can do it naturally. Just an honest question though, do you like work at a gym or a fitness club like Curves/24Hr Fitness? Because low weight high reps will be harder to achieve 405.

@Dirtylickins2 i know ALOT more about training than you do. the matter of the fact is few people have the genetic capability to bench press 405, not to mention bench press is a shitty left and is awful for your shoulders, and should only be done if you compete in powerlifting.
