Come to think of it, they could at least lay out a motorsport circuit there, and maybe bid for the revival of the U. S. Grand Prix, instead of the ridiculous plan to build a track for it out in Austin, TX... and that way OC could keep the new US Top Gear at El Toro, too.

Just exactly what happened to Mile Square Park a few miles up the 405 Fwy. An ex military airbase turned park/golf course, it was fine for about 15 years then they made it free entrance. Now its a great place to go get stabbed.
