Furthermore the fire had spread to the bunker where a diesel tank had blown. Causing more damage. WTC7 was well within the collapse radius of the twin twoers. But sadly, the intense heat under the rubble wouldnt account for thermite reactions which are fast burning and extinguish rapidly, the high heats would in fact back up the reality of a very hot fire in the building caused by jet fuel and the hundreds of tons of office equipment inside.
As for it being the first building to collapse from fire, that is also a lie as several have collapsed or suffered partial collapses similiar to that one as a result of fire.
