@KassieLSmith Most likely because Treasure Planet is from late 2002 and House of mouse only was on until early 2003. If you take the production time in account, there wasn't really time to add the treasure Planet characters.

Also, this is probably the ONLY time Disney ever refers to The Black Cauldron. Which isn't that surprising, since the House of Mouse also shows B'rer Rabbit, B'rer Fox, and B'rer Bear from Song of the South at one point. This is why I love the House of Mouse, nothing is truly forgotten!

@theboughers Nowadays 3D comedies work much better than 2D musicals. The reason why the Disney Channel is more popular than ever before is probably because most of the shows that are on there are live-action and attract media thanks to the popular actors. The only way for Disney to bring back 90s cartoons, is if they make new episodes or have a (very) special occasion for them to. SInce we're no longer the 90s, 90s cartoon magic doesn't really work on modern day folks.
