@Buditokid They don't get medals because they're civilian workers in a war-zone. And it's difficult to get into one, practically all companies hire their PMCs who have prior military. Even someone working as a EMT-P (paramedic) needs to have prior military service if he wants to work as a medic in the front lines. The only thing you PROBABLY don't need with military training would be truck drivers, logistical contractors (construction workers, etc) and pilots.

all you really need is to take security classes, but it also helps to have a little military experience

I don't exactly know how the whole operation works but i think if you train with a PMC, I think they give you some desk position or logistical support rather then field because the lack of field experience.

yes yes, but the men that did it, were a 'private' military group. They were a group called the Black Hand, and all members had been diagnosed with tuberculosis. They had been hired by a country to kill Franz Ferdinand. So normally, I would agree, if someone kills your friend, go ahead kill them not a country.
