  • by the way i cleared my cache in firefox. scrolled through the book at a medium pace. went to my cache folder. renamed all the files to numerical order in adobe bridge. and there you have a ll the pages available in google in about 2 minutes.

  • The Method is Valid, works and it requires no installation of any programs other than the browser itself. I like this method.
