Guys get it right. Yes Ursula is a bitch to Phoebe but otherwise she's a nice person. Joey likes her when he meets her. Everyone in Mad About You likes her. She's essentially exactly the same as Phoebe except Pheebs is more artsy bohemian and Ursula is more sleazy. Both are absolutely stupid.
