  • You're funny. When you run in the threadmill, don't hold the bar. One time a 60 y/o man beat me in a 5K or 3.1 miles by a fraction of a second. 20 minute 28 seconds. That's 6 min 36 sec per mile.

  • I believe you got those low stamina black dude's treadmill videos beat bud. Even though you only showed us one interval I think a lot of black dudes would beat you at just one but after 2 or 3 you would beat them.

  • MOOOOBS

  • can you actually jog without holding those bars? i might get one of these..

  • someones on the roids

  • when are you going to post a video of your baseball or softball swing?

  • where can i buy this treadmill in toronto (in store, no shipping required)?

  • i thought he would fall at one point

  • you are a duster buddy give it up

  • i DID give up sprinting on the treadmill.i now practice my sprints only on the baseball field.i like to practice 40's.this sprint i tried to do on the treadmill was rather quite futile since i was allready fatigued and my fast twitch fibers were pre burnt from doing bike sprints beforehand.

  • @bobbyd7085 ahah man stop reading so much, and forget the science and just run.

  • and so is a manual treadmill good at keeping time and telling you your status as you run. Such as calories burned and mph?

  • this manual treadmill doesnt keep track of mph..calories burned will naturally vary from individual to individual..it tells the distance and amount of time you run...watch my recently uploaded sprinting up an incline vid...i run around 80-85 yards in 9 seconds up a slight incline.

  • I wonder if you can swing your arms or do u ahve to hold onto the railings all the time ?

  • I assumed it'd be difficult unless you have insanely good balance. I'm looking at one of these for myself and that was a big concern.

  • i'm looking to buy one, and my questin is... do you have to "push hard for every step" ? or just to the beginning and the "carpet" start sliding under you easily ?

    sorry for my english

  • no.its real easy.you should get one Ares.

  • hey just asking you is that boobs or pecs?........ thanx

  • Why do you want to know?

    They are pecs actualy.

I want you to post a video that is the same so we can all see if you have boobs or pecs.

Or just crawl back under your stone.

  • b.g2008.i just like sprinting on this thing rather than jogging.you could jog at a nice east stride if you wanted to or even just walk on it but i like to sprint on it as an alternative to sprinting outside, which i can do now because i'm nearby the ballfield.come winter though,i will use the treadmill again for keeping up with the sprints for dynamic utilization of maxing out the fast twitch muscle fibers and adding in that athletic edge to properly top everything off with functionability.

  • Do you have to push hard the whole time your on that treadmill or are the wheel bars [at the front and back] nice and loose?

  • how much did you buy your manual treadmill?

  • it was purchased back in 2005 at Modell's sporting Goods for $100.

  • oh, the one i looked at was a Edge manual 500 at modell's and its 150 dollars. do you recommend the manual or automatic because i heard if you weight a lot you would break the parts of the manual one.

  • i dont care for creatine that much.

  • too much creatine man

  • whats wrong you all fat?

    Jealouse huh?

I want to see you doing the same thing
