All of you should stop bashing the parents and take it as a warning of what could happen to any child, it only takes 2 inches of water to drown a child (mouth and nose are covered) this is exactly why it is a good idea to take your baby to swimming classes when he/she is very little so they can learn how to flost and stay above the water.
