Its an ok phone... I am still using this thing but have a treo coming in the mail. After years of abuse this thing is slowing down. The texting is definitely annoying I text pretty fast and this thing is a solid sentence behind what im texting.

The designers of this phone are a pack of idiots. I just got one as a loaner phone. It uses a proprietary charger connection instead of USB. So there's no streamlining your packing with retractable usb cords and mini usb chargers. You HAVE to use the piece of crap adapter with the charger from them. Also, there isn't a dedicated headphone jack. You have to use an adapter. And that adapter plugs into the charger port. So you can't be on the phone and charge it at the same time. Morons.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS PHONE TO ANYONE !!! Why ? Because It Takes FOREVER for it to fully turn on .. and turn off Also. If you are a VERY fast texter it takes awhile for the phone to pick up the words that you are typing . My new phone takes 27 seconds !!! The Black Jack 2 Takes about 2 minutes to turn on turning off takes about ... 1 minute .

Isn't the Blackjack 2 a Sprint phone? I saw an AT&T symbol on the screen and it's always been explained that all carriers have their own cell towers and are not compatible with other carriers' devices. Could you explain how your blackjack 2 is able to be utilized under the AT&T service?

Get the BlackJack II...the battery life is extended. Plus...it has a Crystal Sharp 2MP camera...it takes EXCELLENT photos! And if all you do is take pictures and text kinda like i do...it will last you anywhere from 3-7 days.

Actually, I have talked to an AT&T represenative in the store. They told me that Samsung is NOT scheduled to release a major smartphone until the minimum of 4 months. BUT, Samsung IS in the development of a phone. But it is NOT a smartphone. This phone is estimated at 500 dollars and is supposed to be better than the iPhone. But like the iPhone, you need to buy the special plan. But SAMSUNG is not releasing a BlackJack III. (yet they say) BUT YOU SHOULD BUY IT, BEST SMARTPHONE TO ON THE MARKET
