Government always violates peoples rights for profit. I do believe we are under soft martial law, law of necessity and do nothing to breach the peace, you no interfere with commerce/profit making. they want a bill passed they keep at it until the opposition gets tired out. people in gov have no respect for rights otherwise why do you have to constantly battle them to respect them?

The government just has a hard time with it because you can't patent something that is natural....no money! and besides, the people get well instead of being on drugs for the rest of their lives. This is the consequence of bureaucrats having the power to grant concessions. It is one thing to restrict unhealthy practices. It is a completely different thing to allow a bureaucrat, who is not a professional on the subject, to limit the consumer's options.

For this reason it is important to vote for and support politicians who will limit their own power. Men and women who do this with actions, not only with rhetoric; as was the sad display of the Bush administration.

If you pen up an animal and give them too much too eat, they might get extra fat. We do that to ourselves too. For me going to school was just like going to the big punishments yard in a prison. They will shove some crap at you and tell you that is what you need. They may even find it amusing to be able to abuse other people with the support of their power structure. Then they have wars and kill millions of people. It's the "professional" way.

Basically social behavior and laws don't change. There's a "BIG PROBLEM" that "NEEDS TO BE EXTERMINATED"!!! We are like economic Nazis. "This is good and that is evil!!!" It is essentially stupidity by declaration of a number of people who are determined to increase their status or class standing. If there was a very excellent remedy that everyone could make use of it it would be "against the law". All these rich people want to dig in their heels and make everyone else pay a hefty toll.

Actually professionals will be caring more about their way over average income than your life. In a sense it is almost like a professional mugging but with a promise of a remedy. It's a good deal like JimJones. He believes he's right and everyone should suffer for his self aggrandizment. Hence the saying, "It's all JimJones to me". The status quo depends on some "believers" being bamboozled, by some "experts". It is kind of the same bullshit as religion. Real medicine will be outlawed.

With all due respect it appears to me that you should partner up with the insurance companies. After all it's the insurance companies that are paying for this. I don't think the insurance companies will want to pay for the drug if it's going to cost an arm and a leg. I also think the insurance companies will want to go to the least expensive method of treatment. The other thing is insurance companies are now allowing their pts., to travel abroad to another country for treatment.

I'm no fan of insurance companies but they have deeper pockets than the pharmaceutical companies. If you get them on your side it would be a great battle in Congress. Obviously it's all about greed but isn't everything in America is?! lol I can't imagine how much money both sides would have to spend to buy Congress but I'm quite certain it would be in the hundreds of millions of dollars. If only I was a lawyer, lol.
