@preayas Flash got beat before by Capt. Boomerang, Heat Wave, Capt. Cold, Golden Glider, Vandel Savage, Mirrior Master, Shaggyman, etc. So I think Spiderman could beat him he's dodged bullets which are faster than boomerangs, beaten Human Torch, Iceman, Green Goblin, Electro, Mysterio, the Hulk, etc. So he fought foes who are similar and oftened beat them with far less difficulty.

Both characters are my favorite, but I think The Flash is way more powerful than Spiderman. More than 95% of Spiderman's hits wouldn't not even hit him because his to damn fast. Not even Superman couldn't hit him that fast and lol its Superman. He doesn't have a chance agains The Flash, to damn fast.

Yeah dude, Spidey was always a favorite, but Flash was my ultimate favorite. A guy that could move faster than the speed of thought just can't be stopped. Spidey wouldn't last, the Flash would kick his ass so fast that Spidey might as well be standing still.

To be completely honest, I've seen a comic on this before. It was a reletively quick fight. The Flash ran around a bit, finally decided to attack Spiderman, he sensed it, sidestepped, and stuck out an arm. The Flash got close-lined at, as is said below, 300k KM/s. This is all of course defining which Flash we're talking about here, however. Normal Flash that everyone knows and loves so well, only moves at that speed.
