@BIGDADDYD25100 its usually based on where you put your strumming hand on the neck, or what fret you do it on. its really no different than doing a high pitch squeal (pinch harmonic)

its all about the thumb on your strumming hand...when the tip of the pick passes over the string it should be followed by a slight brush of the side of the thumb...it also helps for you too wiggle the note with the finger on the neck hand...hope that helps
