You should test drive the Passat CC GT with the 2.0TDi 170. . .i found it suited the car better than the petrol engine because of it having nearly an extra 150 torque

It's so true. Volkswagen is always committed to making cars with quality and performance, only at a lower cost. The only thing on buyers back are probably its badge. But why bother buying more expensive ones with this great alternative?

The A4 looks better inside and out. Audi also has the highest quality interiors in the world. Combined with the AWD system it kicks the Passat's ass.

you dam right, no one can kick audi from the position of having the best interior and the quattro system is great and im thinking about getting an A4 but what im saying, audi's technology came from VW, cant say VW cars are better because they give each some specs to keep difference, because if they give the two cars same stuff, will i would go for the VW since its cheaper! lol

i dont think so, because if both cars look exactly the same with same specs, you would go for VW since it would be cheaper, but you may buy Audi logo and install it instead of the VW which makes it cheaper Audi! i bet you like audi in that case because of the name (sounds better) and the logo looks way much better

@wraymogg well i agree, there is nothing wrong with lower end model cars, well actually just not famously badged modeled cars, (im a Maxima loyalist) However id rather be dead than in a Toyota. Not because of its badge but more because the brand has no soul in their cars. It is like they made the car to be cheap to just exist, not to look at, or admire, or love, or enjoy in anyways. When i buy a car, i look for, will it make me smile on my way to work, school, ect. Maxima for life lol

actually he is quite right because a4 has never been a real audi.... the new one IS but inside it's still considerably smaller than the passat, and the back end of the a4 looks very boring.... the rest of the car is awesome tho .. i even like the dash better than a6's

actually i was talking about previous a4's which have always been boring cramped boxes that didnt really drive or look better than a passat while passats were more car for less money,

yes it has a higher quality interior but if your'e 6.4'' ft tall it's hard to respect that car,

for smaller ppl im sure it's fine, and both cars are made from same parts anyway all you really get is some more colors on the lcd + some minor improvements ... and if you threw those in the passat it would become an a6

of course i'm not going to argue about audi's fabulous quattro system, (6th gen passat uses haldex as well by the way)

ai also think the cc's interior is better, seats more supportive and overall it looks alot more mature, but as always with germans you have to get a packed one to feel it

and you know passat has been around for almost 5 years now and the a4 just came out and there's a new passat model scheduled for 2011 which i presume will put the a4 back in it's place once again,
