I am in this ad... somewhere... and I spent two days surrounded by wonderful red headed people. Not one of which would dream of being so mind numbingly ignorant as to insult someone for their hair colour any more than they would for their creed or colour.
I quite like this ad, it would be really cool to have a redheads only party somewhere! And while it does not require two redheads to make a redhead baby, it does require genes from both parents to have the recessive redhead gene, odds are better if both parents are redheads!

I have a red haired son, I am not a red head myself, in fact I have Greek blood, my baby's father is a dark Italian so it shows that the red gene is a strong one that skips over generations. Also, for the rest of you who don't have a clue, not all red heads have no pigment. My son is dark skinned, brown eyed and red haired.
You don't need two redheads to make a redheaded child. This is the umpteenth time a mobile phone company has used red hair as a way of marketing their products. The last I saw was, you can't change your genes but you can change your mobile phone tariff. Why don't we have this same ads with indians, black people or chinese. Why not? Its all good harmless fun right? Hacks me right off
I believe the use of redheads is because vodafone use the colour red as their main colour, the had a "go red" thing for a while too about changing to vodafone. Plus redheads are the best!!!
