you can get them at amazon.de where they sell them with both- german and english dubbing. really great quality for such an 'old' show and not too expencive (about 30 euros)

well in this fanfic video she kinda does bite him, but in the real tv show it was just the way she kissed him -except for some times she 'tried' to bite him, but never really 'finished'.
