lol i remember this...i didnt know arcanine didnt learn flamethrower so i evolved growlithe and it only knew ember as its fire attack...i later learned you have to beat the elite 4 to see the guy who teaches you flamethrower...i had to go through the rest of the gyms and elite 4 with ember DX

There's a glitch in getting all 3 starters without a link... look it up here on youtube, it works. For the game, get it on Ebay (at your own personal risk) they usually sell 10-15$

the only way to get a vulpix is to trade one from pokemon blue version. or to have someone who already has one trade it to you. oh and you can also trade one from silver version too.

A. Yes. With those that level up with experience, it will attempt to evolve with every level it gains

B. Vulpix evolves by using a Fire Stone, which means you pick the level it evolves.
