  • they themself are wearing rings in both hands, i am a sikh and i am against jewelery but why are they wearing jewelery?

  • cant understand your english,,,,but you look like a man of wisdom

  • I understood nothing D:

  • haha what does he whisper at 51seconds?

  • yogi jee is too funny !!! and so inspiring

wish we have more videos of him

  • MAN , Everytime I see Siri SIngh Sahib Yogi Bhajan Ji , I feel like I am seeing a real Sikh for first time . He truly was a sikh . Standing 6 feet 3 inches , with a determined voice , and so much of that personna which a sikh should have . He truly was a singh . Wow , I wish I was like him . I wish I could.

  • Ive read more bad press than good press about this guy. But when I actually watch his 'sound bites' he is inspiring and has a very moder/simple/good way of explaining things. If it moves me closer to sikhi and other people, is it so bad?

You should not follow one man's word but he can put you on the path... which i think he does.

  • Sat Sirì Akal, thanks from my heart for this wonderful video of Yogi Ji!

  • Discarding worldly adornments, she meets her Husband Lord, and she celebrates joyfully with Him. She is adorned forever with the Name in her mind, and she does not have even an iota of filth.

Singhs/Singhnis are not to wear rings, ear-rings and other jewellery, Satguru Jee says:

Which will be of assistance at your time of death."

  • 'ranasingh'

i dont think you have understood.

what yogi jee is saying is that jewelry is the beautiful bana of guru gobind singh, and the jewelry of the KHALSA IDENTITY.

  • Guru Gobind singh ji cleansed this hermit, and tied his long kes properly on his head in a jura, and declared him Banda Bahadur. The Sikh uniform bestowed on Banda Bahadur was a form of decoration, and is a decoration of honour, dignity and humility is in the name of the Guru.

  • this remind me of the katha of Banda Bahadur. Before his encounter with Guru Gobind Singh Ji, Banda Bahadur was a hermit living a "humble" life; undecorated, without much dignity. When his hermit magic did not work on Guru Gobind Singh Ji, he devoted himself to the Guru as his Banda.

  • I believe, as Yogiji says, there's completely nothing wrong with wearing jewelry. We call our selfs sons and daughters of our Dasmesh pita, but do we really mean it? Guru Gobind Singh Ji was a King! A badshah, shahe shaihan sha, if he is our father, then who are we? Princesses and princes! How do they dress? Exactly! All this crap about not dressing up and wearing jewellry is all Crap..as long as we abide by the rules of sikhi, we are on the right path! Satnam!! :)

    ~Sharanpreet~

  • Well, i completely agree with him. We have all the rights to decorate ourselves. Our Dasmesh Pita, Guru Gobind Singh Ji was a Badhsha, Shahe Shaihan Shah, a King..If we are his children, we are princesses and princes..How does a Princess dress? Exactly!! Its the inner self that matters..All this no jewellry stuff is crap..As long as you have your panj kakaars and abide by the rules of sikhism, you are on the right track!! Satnam! :)

  • Yogi Bhajan taught that dressing nicely and wearing fine things helps magnify your radiance-- then you can be more effective as a person in all you endeavers and when you are angelic and kind it magnifies that, and you are able to uplift people to a greater degree.

If you are snobby and meanit magnifies your bufoonery.

Guru Gobind Singh-- our father-- always dressed royally ad so should we. Numerologists know that the 10th body (radiant body) is partially strengthened by that.

  • man this guy is so kool and interseting 2 listen to bole sonehaal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 sat sri akal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh

  • yogi ji means bana as in dress, and yes we should wear it everyday

  • jewelry is strictly forbidden for a khalsa, but yes we should beautifuly decorate ourselves with what the guru gave us as yogi ji says, we are khalsa! wear a beautiful bana and kakkars and dhamalla, these are the things which make us beautiful to our guru and the greatest jewel of all is naam simran and baani. this is the true jewelry which our guru loves, all other jewelry is false

  • I agree :)

  • Singh ji khalsa, will you tell me where it is written that jewelry is forbidden for Khalsa. I'm guessing there was a hukam from Guru Gobind Singh you must be referring to. Is it possible for you to send me the date it was given and the full hukam. Wahiguru ji ka Khalsa, Wahiguru ji ki Fate.

  • I wish you could post more of Yogi Bhajan video as often as possible. the more the better.

He is a privelege to listen to. I a not a sikh but he has helped me in many ways through his teachings

  • Brilliant! I love how blunt he is!

  • Whatever your inner guru wants you to have and you allow will come through the fields of energy into your manifestions
