I love working out but I've never had the discipline to fast, girl more power to you!

SlimFast works but it's a temporary fix b/c it doesn't teach you how to eat smarter, it just reduces hunger cravings so you eat less. A great alternative is Crystal Light Strawberry Banana Hunger Satifaction. It's delicious & a box of 8 is only $2.58. I mix it with 2% milk instead of water.
