Well, corporate keeps on saying that all of us should, "play the part" So the guests feel the theme once they enter at our work. But frankly, no. If you want to be hired in the arena department, you need certain requirements. For example the King, Princess, and the Chancellor. Acting skills is best but if you look the part, your in.
