once me and about 15 guys went and did a sneak attack on a base and killed like 10 germans and capped the town (only lost 6 guys), then the counter attack came 10 miniutes later and we got wooped.

It's got a really hard learning curve. This isn't at all like CoD 4, there's no "lone wolfing" in this game. It can also require alot of patience. You need to work together with other players to stay alive. If you want, I could send you the info for a Ventrilo server that my friend has set up, and I'll show you the basics.

Blitz, you obvoisely cant get that you must have had too much stuff on your computer, otherwise not enough memory. I have a computer that has World of Warcraft and WWII Online AND Crossfire AANDD Combat Arms. And It runs perfect on all of them.

I do problem, is I had medieval II tw which is 15 gb with all expansions, that may have been the problem, since I also had bf 1942 which was an extra 2 gb, with this its all too much for my computer. WoW when I installed did'nt work and I askmyself why. :(

Yes. It is the best game ever. Once I played it straight for 48 hours. The bad part is dying - You usually Die unless you have a lot of skill, like me :] Ill hope to see a guy named Convict on the game soon.

Wow, really? It's World War II huh? Gee, I'm sure glad someone straightened THAT out for me. After 4 years playing the game I was beginning to lose hope that I'd ever figure out just which war this game was supposed to be for .... ya n00b!

The point was that the time I usually get to play is during the "low-pop" hours (when the maximum # of AOs per side is at it's lowest = 2, usually 10pm-2am US PST most nights) & so it's very rare that I get to see such massive offensives like this.
