can u used per-paid debit or credit cards on paypal and if u do receive money on paypal. Is there a paypal fee

yes, you can use Visa Debit card from any banking institution, but make sure it is Visa debit card because Paypal only accept Visa at the moment. There is no fees for receiving money from other people, fees only applied on transfers and selling stuff oline. hope this helps
