Briareos body structure cant be "reproductive" As far as i know from the books his face was badly damaged from an explosion along with his arms and legs, and was replaced with the hecatonchires armor to incase his brian and heart which still remained human. There were others that when through the Hecatonchires project but Briareos was the only human to adapted to the H-class armor. :)

I absolutely love how this anime shows that love can still be expressed despite physical difference. Man loving Machine intimately, but they would probably have to use Briareos's DNA to be able to make him sum sperm, that is if they wanted babies, a cyborg as a father would be awesome.

Well he is only a cyborg, which means he is only partly machine. If his reproductive system is still human (don't get this the wrong way lol), then it might be possible to have kids, only by a small chance lol.
