  • They just try to make something ,bu not understand Nikola Tesla yet.

HAARP is FAIL ....All this works is game, some people who think to do right thing .!

Secret Nikola Tesla is dark for them.Tesla know, what is dark energy , who push cosmos to speed. He say Enstain make mistake ,and is right ! So .....he just born in wrong time and live sort to find good people with $, for help all World to make new EDEN. World is not ready for this secret, and better for all us ,to stay secret for future

  • @teslaskalar You FAIL at English. I literally have no fucking clue what you are rambling on about, or should i say, fail you English should not speak for them. Not yet right ready to English use. Should learn more something of English. Wow.

  • @JsmoothE2016 Yep,this is true .Agree with you.Sorry

    But i understand Nikola Tesla.

  • I saw a strange grey thing in the sky yesterday, then water just.... fell out of it. Judging by HAARP believers' thinking, i think it was the government.

  • @JazzmastersFTW elephant ?

  • @zghvbn1 No I think the government call it a cloud? I don't buy it if any of this bullshit has taught me anything.

  • @JazzmastersFTW But I be done seen about everything, when I see a government lie

  • @zghvbn1 WTF

  • Thanks for the informative vid. nice job

  • THIS IS A LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!

REMOVING OIL FROM THE EARTH IS DESTROYING IT.

THEY ARE DISTRACTING YOU FROM THE TRUTH WITH THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • HAARP can, will and is going to destroy this world

  • HAARP is built by a British company.

Do you honestly think that the Americans would award a foreign company with a project for an ultra secret death weapon?

They wouldn't even share their nuclear secrets with us after WWII.

  • @BasilFawlty4444 They wouldn't even let us have superchargers for piston aero-engines DURING the war; that's how little they give away! They were perfectly happy to have our jet tech though.

  • @BasilFawlty4444 The atom bomb was made by Germans.

  • @TheHuaHauh417 Not sure about that...

The American bomb was deveoped by the Manhattan Project; a combination of the British, Canadian and American nuclear programmes.

The Germans never actually produced an atomic bomb.

  • We are monsters.

  • Please people, stop being so scared. The 3 MW is only a fraction of the power of the sun.

  • MORE INPUT, MORE STEPHANIE...

Man my cat and dog hate the stuff...

  • I want to know more.

  • Thank you for this Video. I re-upped it. HAARP is well known in the EU since 1999 (and before). It's known as environment- and mindcontrolweapon. Politicans tryied to stop its further development but who was not coming? The USA! Sorry for my bad english, I've no training.

  • @kulissenriss Mind control? *Sigh* hang yourself, uneducated conspiracy theorist.

  • @ScopedPewPew : Go ahead, paid internet troll!

  • @kulissenriss Paid? Ha, no.

  • @ScopedPewPew "ScopedPewPew"? Yeah, you're a paid internet troll.

  • @FuckYouCheney You honestly could not be any more retarded. This account has been active since 2009, I am definitely NOT a paid internet troll. You sir, are a retarded, uneducated, paranoid, fucker. And just to prove i'm not a paid internet troll, the american gov't sucks. In fact, I'm not even american. Would a paid internet troll paid by the us gov't say the us gov't sucks? No.

and just to reiterate, you're retarded, and obama sucks.

  • Billions of watts eh? If you don't know basic science, PLEASE shut up when it comes to complex science like the HAARP study.

  • HAARP sure can cause you scientifically uninformed to scurry away and hide under your beds. LOL.

  • @Postie218 lol these people scare the hell out of me. I wonder what it's lke to live your life scared of everything.

  • @zeppelin67637 Well, I really couldn't say. I don't scare easily.

  • this music....is the worst

  • @joeisamac1195 i fucking love the music! that shit is sci fi!

  • I heard that HAARP is no joke ( hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, etc. )!

  • okay...these idiots have apparently never looked at the footage of the weather map for the nation when the nexrad stations are all going of simultaniously across the country and producing huge white dots above each station. People... just look to the right and follow the suggestions to enlighten you. geez

  • I have trouble believing we can generate much power in radio waves. Do you know how much energy is in a hurricane or tornado? We humans and our antennas are so miniscule in comparison. Some humans have the arrogance to think they are like God and can manipulate the weather. I don't believe it, it's a lie and a deception to control you.

  • @tookymax Umm, 'cloudseeding' and 'rainmaking' are done commercially, in more than twenty countries around the world. The principles are very simple and have been known since the eighteenhundreds...there are sevral companies you can order a cloudseeding from.

It has been known for a long time that weather can be manipulated, easily...the problems were that the extent of the manipulation could not be controlled at first.

  • @tookymax well, weather can be manipulated, but not to the extent of tsunami's and freaking earthquakes. These people all need padded rooms.

  • @zeppelin67637 nothing more dangerous than a little knowledge. you need a reality check. this is no small time endeavor, sounds like you need to get up to speed with the reality of it

  • The ideology makes it seem like the music has a point.

  • Nostradamus predicts a genetic bomb will be triggered by a CME.

  • i want to play with my 16 bit, video game! what a music!!

  • hey GUYS... STOP THE DRUGS !!!

  • Why don't they call it what it really is. The Weather Dominator.

  • So it's kind of like a giant external microwave that heats a specific target?

  • good vid short and simple good explination shame the goverments arent telling us what they are doing.

  • You have to be a speed reader to read this.

  • I agree, the music makes your information seem like your sharing idiology.

  • sorry about my few mistakes but im actually french =)

  • also it's normal that your sensored dumbass physics book and your knowledges what depends on it are not relevent because you have no clue on what governments has been capable to develop during many years with the highest-many billions- military budget, top scientists and even probably study of extra-terrestrial technologies and backingeinering.this way we may can't be 100% sure but if you're not capable to use your imagination and your intuition you can't even hope to get near some tiny truth...

  • @nicktonrace following your logic your mother could be a giant alien spaceship. she just could have told you that she is your mother. do you really think some ultrabrains invented physics to distract mankind from the truth? .... probably you are just a bunch of trolls that are fooling me. you can't be that stupid for real! i am done here. please don't reproduce!

  • for snmemich: i know well about nwp illuminati and number of these things and i heard about new technologies of weather control but i just put myself to look closer in this domain just recently so im farto an expert but i trully think one thing: you cant wait for the illuminati to put sensitive information in your mailbox so you have to be able to use your imagination and logic (knowing their plans) or you can't believe anything considering you can rarely proove or know it for sure

  • Stop lying to yourself that evolution is real. Subscribe! YouTube: CSE-01 Age of the Earth (FULL) Kent Hovind. Radiometric dating is not reliable because it rests on unprovable assumptions. If I get buried on top of a hamster, doesn't prove I evolved from the hamster. Homologous structures prove a Common Designer who designed similarly because He knew similar functions would require similar parts! Tautology: Who survives? The fittest. Who's the fittest? Those who survive! Richest, luckiest, etc.

  • not feasible guy. take a physics class..

  • Ok, ok. My bad. I thought this was something some goofy people dreamed up. Turns out I was in the dark. So, yeh, I see now that this system exists and after giving it a little thought, there could be some things going on that are secret. However, I am not opposed to that at this point. For one thing, I get the idea sometimes that too much information regarding U.S. military capability is made public anyway. It is one of those "slippery slopes" though, isn't it?

  • @MSLTUL well that slippery slope could be of either 2 things, 1 the slippery slope to exposing all of the gov. secret inner workings or 2. a slippery slope to complete government control over the public with their excessive military power, i'd rather know too much then too little

  • Bruce, due to the fact it has become tremendously difficult for us (the Government) to conceal our experimental work (our most important work, militarily, of the late 20th century), the President has authorized me to release documentatioin regarding what you call HAARP (here at the Government it's been known as HAARPdx since 2004). This work is of vital importance and we will be asking for an additional $6.4 trillion in funding beginning fiscal year 2013. I'm running out of room - see ww

  • controlling the weather is the sign that the second coming of jesus is near.

  • @markjason2 Yes indeed......God or Monsters? Beware those who come claiming to be him.....We are so desperate for a miracle, the saviour could be Lucifer himself.....

  • we may not study what they teach you to know but what you've knew are just part of what they called "controlled education". There's no constant formula that defies Physics since everything changes If you tried to do your research.

The problem w/ humans are being selective of what to know and forget everything they don't want to know. Learn more and make a change, who knows you can make a new formula to save lives.

  • I expect that HAARP turns on a genetic bomb. I also expect a giant solar to turn on a genetic bomb

  • I also have a hard time believing anything the government says. They have a very bad track record ya know.

  • Stop that music !

  • stop that music.

  • Destroy the facility anyway. They're researching into weather manipulation, and humanity is too primative and irresponsable to use such power wisely.

  • Then dont fucking say shit k

  • Ok guys n girls if u dont see it for ur self

  • Why the fucking music?!?!?!?

  • @Gearsajo the HAARP can also make you listen strange music coming from the sky, lol...

  • @theemusic92 nope its been proven to be true

  • Read Dan Eden Tells all. No clue if its true but a crazy story nevertheless about HAARP

  • Harp is real, Marconi, Tesla and Ighina tried to explain before. FBI made things problematic. I'm not a scientist but there are enough arguments about it that will prove why is secret and how normal people and academics will never undarstand how simple it is; the fact is: it's all about magnetism.

Then my political party is: Who gives a fuck about clouds? Who cares if a stupid moron is more involved in filming clouds. Nobody taught me: Ask the right question Got my cable, my lap, shut d fu* UP!

  • @FaBiO25789 yet no scientists with PHDs in physics belive in the HAARP conspiracies

  • @Dragonfloe How can you say this with certainty?

  • @liverqiconstraint name one.

  • did anybody here attend at least one year of physics? probably not. has even one of you calculated the amount of energy that would cause such effects? no! because if you did, you be able to understeand why this is completly impossible.

  • @snmemich its not impossible. holograms are real, look at videos of holograms on the internet. watch the fucking Video Game Awards they have holograms EVERYWHERE

  • @TheWorteldrie

What do holograms have to do with anything?

  • @TheWorteldrie: not sure if beeing trolled or just witnessing stupidity.....

  • @snmemich I have.

  • @snmemich WOW!!! So you're like, a SCIENTIST because you graduated a Physics class??! You must know mroe about Electricity than Nikola Tesla. You must also be aware of the fact that he created a resonating machine in NEW YORK that worked so well it began to SHAKE BUILDINGS. You must also know that cops came into his lab and destroyed the machine.

So you're right. there's no way this is possible today. What were we thinking. The 14 morons who liked your comment are equally as dumb.

  • @JFrattiniCox1177 i am a scientist because i graduated at university. the way you wrote this comment, indicates you are upset, that the facts speak against your conspiracy theory. a little hint for your next comments: stating fairy tales doesn't count as a valid argument. and by the way: as a scientist i can approve that even the physics class in school is sufficient to classify this theory as crap.

  • @snmemich You're wrong though, Mr.Scientist. Tessla created a machine that was capable of shaking the buildings in lower Manhattan using frequency and resonance. So, you're dumb. :\ I'm not going to argue with you on whether or not that actually happened.

Please show me some data that HAARP has produced. I'll be a little less skeptical that it isn't a weapon when it actually does something, other than heat up the Ionosphere. You must know what it does because you graduated, no?

  • @JFrattiniCox1177 if you are looking for haarp data, just visit the official haarp homepage. also the program purpose is described there in an understeandable manner. if you want to know more, visit wikipedia. but it would be more important that you look up "ionosphere" and "van-allen-belt" first. read something about interactions of electromagnetic radiation and ionized gases. after understeanding all this you will realize, that it can't work in a way like the video describes.

  • @JFrattiniCox1177 even if there is some kind of resonance, the energy of produced effects, can not exceed the amount of energy in the beginning of the process. if that would not be true, energy problems of mankind would be forever solved. look up perpetual motion! by the way: "heating up" the ionisphere would simply weaken it at a specific area, not bend it. cosmic radiation and the radiation of the sun are keeping the status quo in the ionisphere.

  • @snmemich so if you want to store energy in the ionispere you have simply chosen one of the worst energy storing regions of the earth ;) if you don't want to store energy to create the effects described in the video (which are anyway impossible), you have to produce and send the complete amount of energy at one point in time. that means that if you wand to create a nuke-like explosion you have to put even more energy in at one time.

  • @snmemich at last, energy can not be sent very easely. if you produce electromagnetic waves they get weaker the more distance they travel. so to put it in a nutshell: sending a great amount of energy via EM-waves, is stupid. it works but goes in hand with great energy loss. bending the ionosphere is not possible in this way. the ionosphere is not a layer of air that lays between other layers. the area of the ionosphere is created by the magnetic field of earth.

  • @snmemich and it is kept "alive" by the sun and cosmic radiation. storing energy in the ionosphere is ridiculus, beacause the sun and cosmic radiation is working against you and they are very strong opponents ;) the energy that haarp can send into the ionosphere is much too low to cause anything horrible! i won't argue with you about that either. just take my post as initiation to inform youself in a serious manner. it is not too hard to understeand!

  • @snmemich Hi, I have read the official explanation for HAARP and find it hard to believe that it is simply for communications and finding oil etc. Naturally the tax payers are footing the bill for this project and the military runs it so it can't be good. The way I understand it is that the machine sends up concentrated radio waves that excite the ions which are then sent back to earth to create ground images. Running out of characters here. Am I close?

  • @dolittleskippy well, communications is not a simple subject (especially not for the military). also the use of the riometer etc. can teach a lot about the ionosphere. It is also used for radiostronomy (***[dot]dtic[dot]mil/cgi-bin/GetTRDoc?Location=U2&doc=GetTRDoc.pdf&AD=ADA514972). replace "***" with "3xw". you can be sure, that this project is not for fun. almost every big science project is funded by people who want to benefit from it. but that doesn't mean it's bad.

  • @snmemich sorry for the complicated link, but otherwise i can't post it on youtube. 3xw means www

  • @snmemich there is also another link with the same content from a page which is not a military page. ***[dot]scribd[dot]com/doc/51360042/High-Frequency-Radar-Astronomy-With-HAARP (same replacement as the other link)

  • @snmemich I've taken your opinion and filed it under "Youtube People who pretend to know everything for no reason." Thanks for your opinion. I hope you know I value yours just as much as you value mine. NOT AT ALL. You don't know what HARRP does because, YOU DON'T WORK THERE, and YOU DIDN'T CREATE IT. Thanks again though for your recycled information that is readily available with a quick Google search. Also I have a K'Nex SEG Motor in my room. I'm aware of perpetual motion friend

  • @JFrattiniCox1177 sure the information is availible with a quick google search. if you have a car you know how it works but you didn't build it! also you can state for sure, that it can't bake you a cake because cars are not designed to bake cakes. for the same reason some antennas with the energy we can provide can't cause earthquakes. so please file your own opinion under "pretend to know everything" or joint the club of car-baked cakes!

  • @snmemich besides of that have i never heard or read any arguments in favour of the haarp project beeing a giant earthquake weapon. there was "why not?" and "the evil government is planning to kill us all", clouds and videos just stating that this theory is true but without any arguments.

  • @snmemich If this weapon did exist, it would be the answer to America's problems. Imagine if you had the power to cause "natural disasters". USA could wipe the East out and her own massive debt too. Seems like motive to me......

But I remain curiously unconvinced......but open

  • @monk3yboy69 the weapon existed since 1992. It was believed to have caused the Haiti earthquake deliberately.

  • @snmemich dream on in your world and don't bother to help fight against this shit cause its not gonna hurt you, you have things all figured out!

  • @snmemich Thank You! I mean, HAARP?! Are the believers for real? I just want the world to know that my SkyTV box was plugged in and switched on before and during the following events: The Boxing Day tsunami. The Haiti earthquake. Last winter (it was extrEMEly cold). George W Bush's election to office. Chantelle Houghton winning Celebrity Big Brother. The Potomac plane crash. 9/11. The grounding of the MV Napoli. I say my SkyTV box made it happen with faux-science. So it must be true.

  • @KrillLiberator your sky tv box? seriously? wow. The great sage speaks.

  • @KrillLiberator umm, your little box doesnt project millions of watts into the inonosphere.

    Period.

    Not a good analogy.

  • @dervishmadwhirler Have you inspected it? You don't know that it doesn't. I could use Schrodinger's cat theory all day long to make analogies that shoot big holes in the HAARP scaremongering. I find it weird that the only people who can tell us that HAARP poses a big fat threat are marginalised or ignored by the mainstream media - who, let's face it, were quick to pick up on mobile phone masts and the David Kelly suicide among other 'conspiracies'. What does that tell us?

  • @KrillLiberator What the FUCK are you TALKING about?!!! what does your sky tv box have to do with anything!!!

  • @FuckYouCheney Absolutely nothing. Just like HAARP. :)

  • @snmemich watch this video from History Channel -- watch?v=jcmMtUb0mh8 where the amount of power of HAARP is discussed (broadcasting 3.8 million watts, 180 antennas, about 72000 AM stations 50KW). HAARP COULD manipulate the atmosphere directly or indirectly. Watch a miniature version of HAARP in the video so you would have an idea how it heats up the ionosphere.

  • @timekeeper777 thanks for the link. well, haarp definitly manipulates the atmosphere. so does my cellphone etc.. 3.8 million watts is not that much. its a little bit more than a powerfull radiostation. 3.8MW equals 76 stations with 50kW. elf waves can't ionize water! the are much too weak for that! remember: the wavelength is directly proportional to the energy of electromagnetic waves! the atmosphere is not the ionosphere! they are mixing up everything in these videos.

  • @snmemich You said "elf waves can't ionize water! the are much too weak for that! " -- how weak is too weak and how strong is strong enough? Do you have a specific number? In the video I have shown you in the history channel, earth tomographer Dr. Brooks Agnew had shown how an 100W ELF transmitter can actually push/ionize the the water particles. See the rest of the effect of ELF waves here part 2: watch?v=Wi8F77sEvUg

  • @timekeeper777 first hint: there is no concrete border of strong or weak enough. if you want an electromagnetic (em) wave to interact with something, you an antenna with the correct lengt (like with your radio or mobile phone). google for antenna technique. second hint: the energy of em-waves are only dependent of their frequency! higher frequency means higher energy. the first ionization energy of water is about 12.56 eV. elf waves: 1,24E(-14) eV to 1,24E(-13) eV. that's to low!

  • @snmemich You said "second hint: the energy of em-waves are only dependent of their frequency! higher frequency means higher energy." -- where did you get this from? The higher the frequency, the higher the energy? something is wrong here. I have not encountered this in my physics class.

  • @timekeeper777 ok, this is my last answer to your questions: there is a simple formula: E=h*f it takes about 1 min on google or a average physics book to find this. if you don't like to inform yourself, i can't help you. secondly i said, that there is no border! that means it doesn't exist. look, you really know nothing about these things and it will take you years to understeand (since you didn't even know simple facts about em-waves). learn propperly or forget it!

  • @snmemich Did you read the technical details of the IRI? It's operating frequencies, ERP etc? You concentrate your argument in ELF alone when in fact the antenna arrays in the facility had been operating in different frequencies and in different modes. Wiki "HAARP" again to know what frequencies, modes, and use they do during the operation. They admitted this in their tech journals that they actually heat up the ionosphere by operating in higher frequencies.

  • @snmemich Also look at EISCAT heating facility's tech specifications and it's ERP, one of their array of antennas are capable of radiating 1200 MW (1.2GW), look in their website here: eiscat dot se slash groups slash Documentation slash BasicInfo slash heating ... you have a chart there showing ERP as a function of frequency in 3 arrays of antennas, so tell me if 1.2 gigawatts operating in 5.5-8MHz is NOT ENOUGH to boil your H2O soup.

  • @snmemich You said "first hint: there is no concrete border of strong or weak enough." -- Good, at least you admitted you don't know the border. I asked it because in your previous statement, you concluded that ELF waves coming from HAARP is "TOO WEAK", thus I asked you what draws the line between weak and strong.

  • @timekeeper777 i have studied the behaviour of em-waves for some years now. so if you have any further questions, contact me via private massage. i really like to answer questions but please try to find out as much as you can by yourself. happy new year to all of you!

  • @snmemich You said "the atmosphere is not the ionosphere! they are mixing up everything in these videos." -- yes, the ionosphere is just PART of the atmosphere, who is mixing what? Google the meaning of Ionosphere, type "wikipedia Ionosphere"

  • @timekeeper777 the atmosphere is an assembly of different "air" layers. the location of the ionisphere is set by the magnetic field of the earth. that is the difference. i don't want to be rude, but please read the wikipedia article you suggested me to read by yourself. i really like to answer all your questions but there is simply not enough space to write. i can give you hints where to find the answers but don't be disappointed if it takes very long to understeand them all.

  • @timekeeper777 I also do not want to be rude but it seems that you're telling me that I do NOT understand simple english or diagrams. I have already read all about ionosphere, what it is, what part of the atmosphere it belongs, etcetera, now tell me if there you have your own dictionary and the meaning of the term ionosphere so I can add your term in mine.

  • @timekeeper777 see guys. i give a shit about haarp or the illuminaties or something else. i just can't watch when people do stupid things with science. the most important job of scientists is to tell the truth. other people rely on their knowledge. but the media just wants attention and spread fear. it's getting worse every day! listen to those people who don't earn huge amounts of money for telling you about the world and finally always compare different positions! happy new year

  • @timekeeper777 besides of that: elf-waves are used - amongst other uses - to communicate with submarines because their interaction rate with water is very low. they just can't heat up clouds!

  • @snmemich You said "besides of that: elf-waves are used - amongst other uses - to communicate with submarines because their interaction rate with water is very low. they just can't heat up clouds!" -- HAARP actually operates in a range of frequencies, not only ELF. ELF is just one of the frequency it transmits. Google "wikipedia HAARP" for a complete list of things HAARP can do [especially heating up the ionosphere] and waves it operates on so you will be informed.

  • @timekeeper777 third hint: google "reaction of ions" or "recombination of ions" or "kinetics of recombination of ions". after that: google "antenna technique" again and take a look at different absorption spectra of different substances just to get a feeling for it. prepare a calculator to verify the things you read and to get used to the small amounts of energy you will have to deal with. google the other things fist for this part is the most difficult to understeand.

  • @snmemich Anyway, let's move away from ionization of water a bit and talk about "heating the ionosphere" instead, which is what EISCAT, HAARP, and other Ionosphere Heaters do exactly. Some info I read from wiki: An ionospheric heater is an array of antennas which are used for heating the ionosphere, and which can create artificial aurora. continued.

  • Good simple explanation. Do you get called mad; delusioanl like I do?Even used against me in a court case to get me drugged to shut up. (when it came to insurance time no one would say a thing wrong with me). Dangerous area to be interested in as sheeple do not wantto hear.

  • @gisellewilding you may have a good point....can you repeat it in english so i can see if you do?

  • Developed ADD watching this.

  • HAARP is an Ionospheric heater. It changes the shape of the ionosphere, allowing for beamed energy to be concentrated on a known spot. It has been speculated that this system can manipulate weather, cause earthquakes, act as a "Death Ray" delivering large amounts of energy to a small location, and put on groovy light shows.

I am not affiliated with them, or they with me. I am just a reader of their fine articles

  • Hogwash

  • The big problem is that it is doubtful that the amount of energy HAARP puts into the atmosphere could do too much or a global scale, even on the meso(middle) scale like the size of of Monterey Bay in California or Long Island Sound. There is some remote chance that someone will find a "trimtab" where a small amount of input creates a much bigger output effect, but so far that hasn't happened.

  • @izelatlan0478 And you would know it hasn't happend how? Are you connected to the goverment in any way?

  • @izelatlan0478 ... Easter 1999 was a huge transmission of HAARP, by end of Easter week, hundreds of whales had beached themselves... coincidence? a few days later, on the west coast were lightening and thunder continually, where one was uplifted from the bed... a first experience, as i had moved to west coast to get away from area where this is the norm... ever since HAARP is being improved, and we have massive disruptions in our weather, now called extreme weather... utube-dutchsinse

  • music to fuck to.......... mmmmmmmmm...

  • 1:30 isnt that a wormhole?

  • The spiral thing is an out of control rocket.

  • good video, but man, the spiral in norway is a 3D projection on barium and strontium, not haarp..or at least i think so. it is made by EISCAT but I think it's only a projection and

  • What the fuck is wrong with you people? When making a youtube video, DON'T USE THIS WEIRD, FUCKED UP, BIZARRE MUSIC! XD

  • The thing is that people don't have an understanding of technology that is progressing and this brings them fear. They simply do not understand it. Take for example the fixed telephone line in the early days of telephone. People were really(!!) afraid about dangerous bacteria that would conduct along the lines into the ear. No kidding!! Today, we laugh about this "fact"... Same with HAARP. HAARP is harmless! Just exploring the ionosphere. BTW: You need a lot more power to initiate earthquakes.

  • Well this has been around since 1977 or even early, even the UN admits, they have a freaking treaty which even bans the usage of such technology for hostile use hahahhaha

  • @thundersaver

No, this has not been around since 1977. The construction of HAARP began in 1993.

And a ban on hostile weather modification in no way makes HAARP capable of weather modification.

  • i don't want to discuss if haarp is real and in use, i just have one question. if it is: WHY????

  • @moniboni92

    Fucking think for yourself...

    Science is all about progress...

If we are able to manipulate atmospheres at will we might gain easier means in forming atmospheres ( for example terraforming the Mars ), we could probably "defend" a little better against rays from outer space ( sun storms ) by focusing the atmosphere at one point.

Controlling the weather is also one of the best things that could happen for humans - superficially seen, since it allows terraforming on earth.

  • @xSakijix Bringing rain into dry regions.

And also probably allows for natural disaters to be controlled or even prevented completely.

The scientific gains are most likely immense, but usually politics only care for the benefit of their own country - thus a goverment is primarily interested in military gains. If a selected few countries agree to use these "devices" they probably could subdue any troublemaker on earth when it is deemed necessary.

And with that a great political threatening tool.

  • speculated guess at best, bunch of bs really

  • I really wish we wouldnt fuck with the Ionosphere...

  • First off, the ionosphere has nothing to do with plate tectonics. At all. The ionosphere is responsible for neutralizing some of the harmful rays that the sun emits (it works in conjunction with the magnetic field, to shield us from most of the radiation that the sun bombards our planet with). For those who believe HAARP is causing earthquakes, let me ask you this - what scientific evidence do you have showing that heating up the ionosphere will cause earthquakes? Don't be so dumb!

  • Nice fairytale, now that about Cinderella.

  • been to HAARP, not this big all specualtion based of silliness

  • GOOD CLIP BUT NEEDED NARRATION

  • why does america have controll and say over what other countries do , but america can do what ever the hell they want and secretly kill us with this stupid nonsense haarp bullshit testing ,

  • HAARP may have caused the Earthquake/Tsunami That hit Japan a while back..

  • haarp can suck my balls

  • lol "radio waves normally bounce off the ionosphere." Really? OK, sure...

I guess we live on a dark, cold planet. At least the occurrence of skin cancer would go down.

  • oh please...do any of these people actually understand basic physics? @LazyJones1 is totally correct....

Billions of watts? really? C'mon...get real. . .

  • this music is so WEIRD

  • read,'angels dont play this haarp'-nick begich.. or,

read Bernard Eastlund's patents.... he invented HAARP. (Spring, TX) Assignee: APTI, Inc. (Los Angeles, CA) application # 06/690,333 Filed: 1/10/1985. United States Patent 4,686,605 Eastlund August 11, 1987. you might change your mind.

  • @esoterichart - There are patents for perpetual motion machines, time travel and other nonsense sneaked into the patent office. It doesn't mean any of it is true, or actually works.

  • @frostek begich is not the only one who is concerned and who believes that haarp is being used as a weapon..dr. bertell and other scientists believe this as well. (yes, i know begich is not a scientist) weather modificaton started in the 50's to create rain/snow fall for recreation and areas experiencing drought. the government used weather modification to change weather patterns in the vietnam war.

  • @esoterichart dr bertell received the Hans-Adalbert Schweigart Medal from the World Union for Protection of Life in 83. was president of International Institute of Concern for Public Health from 1987 to 2004. founded the 'International Medical Commission Chernobyl' in 1996 and also International Medical Commission Bhopal 1994. she authored, 'ALL THINGS ARE CONNECTED', about weather modification.

  • @esoterichart

Dr. Bertell is a cancer researcher. She has as much credibility in the field of atmosphere physics as my grandmother had. She has even admitted that her information comes from talk radio...

Yes, cloud seeding has been attempted for decades, and yet there is still no conclusive evidence that it works, much less is controllable. Furthermore, it includes dumping small particles on clouds in the lower troposphere. It has nothing to do with HAARP.
