Also, if/when they do go to court, and she proves he's a danger to the child (mentally - calling his mother a slut in front of him is psychologically damaging, etc.) the order may call for supervised visits. Who knows what he'll say to his son about his mother? "Poisoning of the mind" is considered abuse.
