When I was in hospital, they fed me ham due to my MASSIVE LOST OF PROTEIN DUE TO MASSIVE SHEDDING. I was cold half of the time due to it. So take it from me, supply yr body with nutrients. I am two weeks away from when I was supposed to go to basic training for the coast guard and just now, for the first time, have been diagnosed with guttate psoriasis. It disqualifies me from going now. What a gay disease. Just cause I itch at times doesn't mean i wouldn't be able to perform my duties in the military. Give me a break.
