in addition to avoiding becoming a vaccine zombie, people need to take total control of their health and stop being doctor zombies. as a woman, i was told about 25 yrs ago that docs wanted to do a cervical biopsy on me due to repeated abnormal paps. i refused as i understand that docs then, more so now, are trained to read pathology only, not treat the whole body, etc. i am a lacto ovo vegetarian most my life and still alive and kicking! haven't been to a doctor since that time! paps, mams, etc!
