And I agree that Hyori and Wonder Girls are not that amazing of singers, but they're good performers and they're very big in the k-pop world so I felt it was important to mention them. I think Rain is definitely more than mediocre though, he sounds great live :-)
kpop singers should improve their singing ability. and lipsyncing should be banned.

kpop has numerous dancers, who cannot sing at all. recently, hara, sohee and chansung were selected as the worst singers.

but in terms of singing ability, wondergirls, bi (rain) and hyori lee are mediocre level singers.
