  • It's my 2nd week on doing this. Just great. Easy to follow :> Btw, i'm doin this just to keep my body fit & healthy, coz my body is very thin >_> Do you think your training can help? Losing weight isn't my top priority

    eat between 1400 and 1600 calories a day

    and walk 30 mins to one hour 5 or more days a week

  • Does this really work? I'm 13 and want to lose some weight and lose some inches too. So does it really work and how much times should I do this and how much weight/inches will I lose if I do this everyday untill Septemeber I want to lose atleast 15 pounds. How many times should I do this??

  • You can walk (steady walk no breaks) a mile from your home and then a mile returning to your home every day. Drink lots of water and eat regular size meals. NO snacks, sugar (that means candy also) or white bread.

    Thanks for the props!

    5 pounds a week is very aggressive. Be sure to give your body rest from weight loss...(you may not want to have many consecutive weeks at this rate of weight loss). I think you could do at least 3, 10 minute walks per day.

  • did this today. great workout. for jasonsfitkitchen: how many calories would be burned doing this video? My schedule's busy and the only way I can get exercise in is to break it up into 10 min stints 3 or 4 times a day. I'm trying to track my workouts. thanks :)

  • Hi PacifikaGrl,

    This workout will cost you about 150-200 calories to perform...but there's a bonus for you, in that the most significant energy cost from this type of work, is in the post-exercise period. If you work hard and stay with it, your body's total energy demand will increase!
