I would check your international bird books, he doesnt look native to here, he might have been an escaped pet, from asia? africa? so. america? his beak is a little bright otherwise I might say mutation. your local library should have international bird identification books. Last year I saw a misouri kite in NY, never saw one befor in my life he came pretty far north reason? dont know
This is a 'Eurasian' Blackbird [Turdus merula] that has a white head because of 'leucism' or 'albinism'. Unusual but not extremely rare in the thrush family of birds.

very interesting. it looks like some kind of thrush or robin. I have heard of a few that do have strange mutations like this in the U.S. and Africa.
