how the fuck does having more muscle mass and a lower body fat percentage mean less fit? You are bringing you're own stupid classifications and female discrimination into this argument. Comparing 2 guys, the one with the lower body fat % / more muscle mass = more fit. So you're implying the weaker and softer girl is more fit than the muscular and lean one?
